I’ve had issues with some of the employees (not all) at this location, I have been treated RUDE several times, Some of these employees make me feel very uncomfortable and treat me like I did something wrong when I ask for my Cpap supplies or ask questions. Maybe they should just take the time to explain changes instead of barking at customers. Just saying!!!! I feel some of these employees are in need of some service training.
I have coming here to get my supplies for awhile, I always talk to a different lady. Today I had to talk to a lady who has no clue what she is doing. She pretty much said that I had no part numbers associated with my account. When I talked to management in Sioux Falls they said that their was still a profile on there that the whole Sanford system uses. So she lied to me and I left with out getting my parts.
