This shop was amazing! Big thanks to the team and their care! I was on a trip out of town and need replacement parts for my pump. This store was in a town we were passing through and I called ahead to check for the parts. The store was very diligent and checked to make sure the specific parts were covered with my plan so there would be no issues with the billing down the road. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Everyone there went out of their way to help me after a major accident. I wasn't left without any equipment at any point. Awesome!!!

Continuously time and time again, they have failed to have stuff delivered to the correct address. It's been Sanford home medical or the wear house that have sent supplies to wrong addresses. Come on, please do better.

The people at Equip did a great job of taking care of my son! His original boot was a bit beat up after he was in it for a month, and they got him a new one right away and made sure it fit properly. He was a bit concerned about the new one so they made sure to keep him on the positive side of things, Belong him understand how the new one worked, etc.
