Terry was not very helpful and she hung up on me
Andi is very understanding and had alot of patience with me and cared about my experience with my past mask I wore
I'll drive to Fargo or Bismarck before I go there again. Not very interested in helping me. Apparently they can't even make the same phone call I made to find out that my equipment is covered. They want me to pay upfront and have medicare reimburse me. BTW, I did make the phone call, both before and after going there, and I was told 3 times it was covered. She told me , "I don't believe it's covered."
