The Sales associate who helped us today was very kind. My husband's mask broke while we were traveling and she hepled us find what we needed and we were able to get back on the road. She saved our vacation!!!🌞🌞🌞 Thank you!!
I called to tell them the brace didn’t fit correctly, and the lady said she would do some checking and call me back. She never did. I was finally able to go back in there three days later, and when I confronted her about not calling me back, she said she got busy. I told her I didn’t want the brace since they couldn’t care to call me back, but she said that they had already submitted it to my insurance and that it was mine. Obviously, they only care about the insurance money, and not the customers who are hurt and need there... read more
Hope to god when you stop there on weekend and have to have. Assistance they charge you $200.00 just to come down. Feel sorry for senior citizens who can not afford that
