Pathetic excuse for emergency care as the care we received was subpar healthcare. Worst ER facility I have ever seen in my life! We are going to go elsewhere for a second opinion as the lack of education in this state and goes down to even doctors/radiologists… It’s saddening that this is even an issue. As well as the state of the waiting room was horrid and failure to provide proper seating. Get your act together.

I want to give a HUGE shout-out to the ER staff that was working the afternoon/early evening of 9/2/25. I brought my 5 yr old in with a displaced fractured arm. From the time we arrived until we left, we felt cared for. The valet worker helped me get my girl out of the car without causing her any additional pain and we were in a room within 10 minutes of arrival. The nurses were so sweet and kind. if you are in pain. DO NOT come here they will pick and choose who they want to help. they do not take patients seriously ESPECIALLY if you are in any sort of pain. they will brush you off and assume you are just seeking pain meds. sanford get your shit together and start caring for people.

I read the reviews on here, and was a bit skeptical. In my opinion, these people do a pretty damn good job. Keeping in mind that thousands of people have cycled through there, and there’s only so many bad reviews that should hopefully paint a better picture of what’s going on

Excellent care! We were in and out in a little over an hour! They were very attentive and kind!
