Showed up at 5pm and was having surgery at 7:45pm. Thank you to all the great doctors and nurses for their diligent work. They beat all my fears of the ER wait times and took me ASAP. If you are having a health emergency I highly recommend.
The service is absolutely terrible. I went in to be seen because I am nearly 34 weeks pregnant and arrived feeling extremely ill. I was attended to—sort of—but despite telling them repeatedly, "I feel terrible; I'm really unwell," the doctor's response was: "If we give you medication, we'll have to keep you here longer. You can just take paracetamol at home and stay hydrated." I left there feeling absolutely awful, and they didn't care in the slightest. That isn't fair, since their job is precisely to help people.
There’s no difference between the Emergency room and a walk-in clinic. This is terrifying, how do y’all save lives here?
I recently visited the emergency room due to severe vomiting and while I am grateful for the healthcare providers, my experience was extremely disappointing and left me with little confidence in returning. I was asked to provide a urine sample, but given how lightheaded I was from vomiting, walking to the bathroom was a struggle. On my way back, I lost consciousness and collapsed on the floor. Emergency room? More like a dmv with how long the wait is. Ridiculous. Three hour wait minimum. And to the human resources that will respond to this. Please don't. Responding to a comment doesn't fix the short staff shifts. Also the people on shift at the front desk not doing there job. So instead of responding to comments do some more training with your staff.
