They play fast and loose with billing. My child’s parent took them in, and set me up as the guarantor. (I would not have taken him here, as our primary is at another hospital). I called to ask them to change it, and was told they can’t without his consent. But they could make me the guarantor without my consent. It’s misogynistic, sexist, and quite frankly criminal that they would allow the potential for such financial abuse. A couple good support staff but my visit here with Dr. Lenz was basically amateur hour. She isn't a very thoughtful provider and her inexperience stood out. Care subsequent to your initial visit will be met with resistance. Dr. Lenz failed to communicate properly with me and therefore left me in a overall bad situation dealing with pain on a Friday. I was forced to pick another provider. Skip this place if you can.

They didn’t code my preventative check up correctly and I now have a huge bill to pay. Should have stayed at Mid Dakota.
