I just wanted to let others know, that I received great service the day of my appointment and with picking out my glasses in January, but I was told they would be ready in 2 weeks or less, this was way before the state got shut down for covid-19. I never got a call for them, lost the use of my insurance claim, and could of went down the street and got them that day. I traveled 1 1/2 hours to see Dr. Poulin Belair for my eye exam and new glasses. I started seeing her in Barrington when I lived nearby and have decided to follow her from North Conway. I trust my Eyecare with her and look forward to my new glasses! They give a thorough exam and she is friendly and caring.
Absolutely poor service! Refuse to go the extra mile to help a patient. Call with a simple question, attendant didn't know what she was talking about (According to the woman who called me back) and refuse to give details about my own account to me!! They are very nice when you go into the practice, but when you need help they are not supportive! In my opinion they withhold information so you need to go into the practice and order from them vs. online! I am NOT happy...........
I have been in the industry for 25 years and Dr. Poulin-Belair gives one of the best comprehensive eye exams I have ever seen. Her attention to detail and her ability to fit contact lenses as well as her incredible diagnostic ability is incredible.
