Went to the emergency room reeling in pain. The nurse took my vitals and said I'll be back in a minute. Two hours later I'm still in the lobby. She came out to help someone else and I asked how long, and she said " Oh I can't give you a time." The lobby was dirty, and the chairs were all beat up. I felt like I was in the Greyhound bus station. Completely unacceptable experience, Terrible!
