I love my primary Dr Simon. Most of the Drs and NPs are very professional, my problem is the nurses. My primary’s head nurse always seem annoyed and questions my symptoms as if they don’t make sense or like she doesn’t believe me. It’s frustrating bc she wants a full breakdown and then I end up having to explain to the doctor anyway. Bethany Schultz is a joke in my opinion. She would much rather prescribe me a new medication not knowing if it's going to mix well with my mental health meds, rather Then prescribing me the same med I've been on for 2 weeks to manage pain. She completely made me feel discriminated because I take the mental health meds I take! Do not recommend. She's a joke of a doctor anyway.lets prescribe a med that costs 10x as much through my insurance rather than the one that costed me nothing.

Made an appointment today at 3pm. When I got there, they said it was tomorrow. I went to the appointment window and they didn’t seem to care they told me today. Just as bad as Prairie Lakes. Health care in Watertown is a joke.
