I called to double check if this is just a purely walk-in clinic or if they have appointments like they do in Dickinson. (I live 90 miles away and would rather have an appointment to make sure my kiddo was seen) the receptionist was so rude when I asked this! She said, "well thats why it's called a walk-in clinic." and hung up. It's not my fault you have to work Christmas Eve, you don't need to be so rude. I hope whoever it was, their day gets better.
The fact that your policy does not allow you to disclose the walk in clinic provider is absolutely ridiculous. I should be entitled to know who will be caring for my child. Withholding simple information is abuse of power and control.
