Shoutout to the incredible staff who've made my outpatient surgeries over the past three years so much smoother! Their professionalism and willingness to help have always shone through.
While waiting for a loved one after surgery, I walked up to the nurses station and there were SEVEN people standing there, talking, laughing, not one of them greeted me, I had to “ interrupt “ them to even be able to get information on my loved one. Then, they didn’t even know where he was. I’m all for having fun at work, but I would expect more professionalism from them. The staff did an amazing job making sure my son felt safe and comfortable with them. Their text system of updates on the procedure is an amazing feature. Staff is very caring with awesome communication skills
