I loved this clinic! I am visiting from Florida and from the minute I walked in I was treated with the most respect and kindness. The receptionist, nurse Beth and Dr Mell were wonderful! I’d love to take them back to my small town in Florida!
I went to the clinic today to get some antibiotics for a sinus infection. Dr. Mell refused to prescribe them and instead, tested me for Covid. My test came back negative. This is the second time that I have been told that I have something other than what I came in for. On my last visit, I went in to get some antibiotics for a sinus infection. The doctor told me I had diabetes. My test came back negative. I will never again use the walk-in Sanford Clinic in Walker, Minnesota.

Visit was to remove hook embedded in hand. Visit was great...staff was friendly and professional. However, BE AWARE THIS IS NOT CONSIDERED AN URGENT CARE FACILITY AND YOU'LL BE BILLED AS A "NORMAL OFFICE VISIT...which in my case is out of network so no coverage.
