The nurses and staff are so polite and they are very efficient. They are there and ready to help. Everytime i have went they have been good to me. Thank u to all the staff that work in the er there. You all are amazing and efficient. Keep up the good work!

Extremely rude and zero compassion. Called for advice on my one year old after a fall, nurses response to my question of what to watch for, and things that would mean I should bring her in. Nurse Amy “well I don’t have x-ray vision, you will have to bring her in” my response, I have a 3 year and it’s 9 at night. Literally exactly why Sanford is always my last resort last option for anything. Essentia is 1000000 times better, more compassion and knowledge.

The staff in Bagley are awesome, made me feel comfortable, tended to my issue, quick and easy, and had me on my way in less than a half hour! Thanks Sanford Bagley Medical.

Bagley ER helped me quickly and efficiently. Going to the ER is never fun, but the people here are caring and knowledgeable. The nurses and PA knew what needed to be done, and I didn’t have to wait in pain. I was impressed that they have the technological capability to take a CT and an ultrasound at a small ER! I really appreciate the level of care and professionalism they showed. I highly recommend this ER.
