Dr.Ratner is a very caring doctor. He takes whatever time necessary to examine you thoroughly and listens attentively to your issues. He has been and still is my doctor for almost 40 years.
Dr Ratner is a caring doctor n takes the time to listen.
He did not send in a prescription that he said he would and I had to pay $250 to avoid collection.
