Wow is this clinic a joke. I have never had so many issues with a clinic like I have with this one. They are constantly getting my billing incorrect. Lately they have even been sending my claims to my secondary insurance that I never even gave them rather than sending to the VA. I made an appointment in late May 2023 with Dr. Keppes. The earliest they could get me in was April 4, 2024 (almost 11 months of waiting). I drove three hours to find out that he had retired and my appointment had been canceled in March. I did not receive an email, a phone call or text. As a teacher, getting a day off is hard and I feel that my time was definitely wasted. If I could give the clinic 0 stars I would.

I have been diagnosed & medicated for GERD. Dr said I could leave 5 min early from allergy shots after he checked me over because it was acting up to the point that I was vomiting. Allergy shot nurse told me absolutely not after the dr walked away and made me stay for not only 5 but TEN more minutes. Very disappointed. She was also not compassionate whatsoever.
