beware of SANELO!! They were very quick to demand payment and yet after many delays and cancelled appointments they delivered several of my items damaged and beyond recognition and other items were undelivered or had totally disappeared. they at no stage offered any apologies and when I claimed for insurance (I had paid large insurance premiums based on their advice) they refused to pay and came up with charts and complicated technical language, saying that in fact I was not covered. I have been dealing with Anita Bassi for my move from London to Singapore. Anita has been very prompt and professional throughout the process. Beatriu and Adrianna have also been very helpful in answering my queries regarding logistics and shipment protection. My items were packed swiftly by a team of three and is currently enroute. The team at RPV have been life savers during my move. I was let down last minute by a previous removal company one week away from my move date and RPV stepped in.
