Without our knowledge Sanela’s team used one of the cleaning agents we had on hand to clean our floor. It turned out to be wax. We now have dots all over our main floor that can’t be cleaned. I asked them to resolve the issue and they didn’t. We also discovered they used water - no cleaning solution - to clean the rest of our floors. We are in the midst of a global pandemic. Their work is haphazardly done . We ended our contract early. Would not recommend
The ladies that clean our house do a great job and are so friendly. We recently raised money for a friend to have a gift certificate to Sanela’s cleaning and Sanela also donated! What a great company from the cleaning service, very reasonable prices and also kind heart! Thanks so much!
