I used their price match form online and got ghosted. It’s been almost two weeks with no response. If you can’t match the price at least tell the customer. The competitor has physical locations within Western Canada. Thank god their promotion lasted a while and I was able to grab the item at a substantial discount right before it ended.
Some of the most unprofessional and rude staff I've ever encountered. I highly recommend going elsewhere. Update after their response: the response from the store shows you exactly how disconnected and unaware they are of their customer service issues. Look at the reviews and you will see I'm not the only one that is noticing this.

Came to store, un-welcoming, looking for a camera. Not a good place to shop
Came in to ask for prices, left with great advice about cameras and photography. We entered the store with my wife to ask about the price of a camera. We also asked the man that attended us, Steven, about his opinion of the camera, and he asked relevant questions and gave us personalized and insightful feedback.
