Dec. 11 - Had a great experience here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Both staff members were ready to serve and help me find something. Dec. 15 - Horrible experience here. Staff was neither friendly nor helpful. Instead of just pointing to a sign and then walking away, at least suggest to get store credit yourself. Only told me I could get store credit after I asked if that was possible. After I got store credit, only “helped” me once I took 10 laps around the store. Went to go purchase a lens but it clearly looked used so I told them I’ll probably just purchase somewhere else. I was polite in thanking them for their time but both employees seemed pissy about me wanting to spend my money somewhere else. Dust on front element and on the barrel. At least give it a clean if you’re gonna say it’s never been returned. Yeah The Camera Store probably sells returned lenses but I’ve never purchased a copy that looked blatantly used. OMG, I wish I had read the reviews before visiting here. I stopped by a few days ago, assuming that since this store is fully equipped with cameras and accessories for sale, they would take professional grade passport photos. I imagined they had a small studio in the back with decent lights. However, after I was asked to pay first (No wonder why they ask for prepay, Because they know no one is gonna pay them after seeing the result), the employee simply grabbed a somewhat outdated camera from the back room and told me to sit... read more
