Helpful and friendly
Came to store, un-welcoming, looking for a camera. Not a good place to shop
Came in to ask for prices, left with great advice about cameras and photography. We entered the store with my wife to ask about the price of a camera. We also asked the man that attended us, Steven, about his opinion of the camera, and he asked relevant questions and gave us personalized and insightful feedback. I felt his advice was genuine and not speaking only as a salesman, he also showed us some (really cool) pictures he took himself with different cameras, and spoke from experience. Mediocre to garbage’s customer service
Worst customer service ever. Market mall management should kick them out and give it better businesses that would be interested. Very rude staff. SHUT DOWN YOUR STORE... Well you deserve the rude comment and you should rather be perplexed with the number of negative comments you've received so far. BTW the gentleman that you so feel ashamed to mention is a highly educated brown man born and brought up in this country but you were just as ignorant to his request as you are to all your negative reviews... serve you right!
