OMG, I wish I had read the reviews before visiting here. I stopped by a few days ago, assuming that since this store is fully equipped with cameras and accessories for sale, they would take professional grade passport photos. I imagined they had a small studio in the back with decent lights. Dumb customer service! They have this poster outside that offers different guaranteed photo and when we went there they’re asking what size? Really? HAHA and when I show them the for format from IRCC they’re still looking for the size. OMG! I can’t believe this guy and he is so rude! UPDATE: Your staff is totally rude! Was helped by Jody here the other day. Great service and he had lots of great advice around the new camera I was buying too which I really appreciated. Definitely the kind of extra f2f value you can't get with an Amazon order.
Some of the most unprofessional and rude staff I've ever encountered. I highly recommend going elsewhere. Update after their response: the response from the store shows you exactly how disconnected and unaware they are of their customer service issues. Look at the reviews and you will see I'm not the only one that is noticing this. Update after owner response: Your response shows how out of touch you are from what the customers are seeing.
I recently purchased my first new camera Sony alpha 6700 + E 18-135mm F3.5-6.5 OSS. Unlike the older reviews about the store , the customer service especially MR. Reg was great, respectful and professional, i even learned a-lot of things from them. They could able to patiently answer all my questions as a beginner. They know what they are selling and thats what every other customer needs. Definitely recommend this store.
