I have never felt less seen, heard or supported than I did accessing the Sane forums. They led to a relapse in my recovery and to me nearly not being here, g-d forbid. A few hours spent with a clinician did more for me than 1 year of peer support on the forums.
I would like to provide positive feedback for my counsellor, Bri and the sessions we have had. You have been such a light and kind to me.
