RecommendedNot only does the Service Dept do a great job, but the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They even worked with me over the phone multiple times and I was successful in fixing my problems with their help. You could not find a better H-D shop in West Michigan!

I am always a little leary walking into a Harley shop, pushy sales staff and pressure, I don't operate that way. Neither does Sandys, bar none the best customer service, Rick and Josh were both fair and flexible with my needs. A handshake still means something here. I will pass at least 2 other Harley stores to come here... an hour and a half away from my house. Great staff from the girls up front to the guys in the back. Through-and-through business done the right way.
Going to Sandy’s is like going to see old friends or family you haven’t seen in a while. One step inside and you will see, this is more than a dealership; this is family. I have bought all of my bikes here. They have watch me and my family grow over the years. I get my service work here. This is by far my favorite Harley dealership in the US.
Picked up my new 2020 softail a few days ago! All around a great family ran business! 5 stars and highly recommend😁
