I recently bought a dining table less than 3 weeks ago and they gaved me one in display and whoever put the chairs together did a horrible job I am so mad the screws come off because they are stripped this was such a ripped off!!! If you buy something new it should come in a box and not like they gaved it to us this is unacceptable! Don’t buy furniture in this place especially if it’s already put together whoever puts them together doesn’t know how to assemble furniture
For me - a shopper who Hates salespersons bugging me in a store - this was a surprisingly okay experience. The manager had a great balance between giving me info I actually needed and could use, and backing off enough for me to look around. To my surprise, this mid-sized store was perfect. I had enough items to look at and compare, but I didn't get overloaded and just LEAVE cuz there was too much to consider. I purchased a living room sectional on 2/20/2023. This has been the best and easiest experience I have had purchasing big items. Customer service is very helpful and not pushy at all. They also offer financing. The whole process took less than 45 min. That is because we couldn't decide on exactly what we wanted. Fortunately are couch was in stock and we took it home that day. Our choice. They do offer delivery and set up. I would definitely recommend Sandy's for your next purchase.
