Be aware, they are selling damaged items and then being abusive and dismissive when customers try to resolve it, they’re closing down and no longer care. We bought two Natuzzi sofas, and one arrived scratched and damaged. We reported it right away to the delivery people. The store manager offered a tiny “compensation” that didn’t reflect the damage so we refused to accept, and after that, the store stopped taking our calls. I wish I could give 0 stars to this fraudulent show room. Terrible customer service, they don’t take responsibility at all. We bought an expensive curio, and we signed for the final sale (which is totally fine). But it came with the significant deficiency. When we came back to the store, a rude woman at the counter told us it is not their responsibility and sent us to the manufacturer. In Italy. Absolutely fantastic service from these guys! Thanks to the Store manager, we had all or needs met and even made a compromise to help us out of a situation. This, even though they had a rude and arrogant customer to deal with at the same time. They just smiled and took care of us. Extremely professional at the highest standard!!!!
Luckily they going out of Business! The sales team are nice and professional but more importantly, the individual calling himself the store Manager is absolutely unprofessional and impolite! No sense of humour or courtesy! If you want to know him better, Just try to say some thing that he doesn’t like, then you will see his other face!
No wonder why they are closing now. We bought a sofa 5 years ago, didnt have an issue until 6 months ago. We went to the store and after speaking with the manager, he advised us to use the guarantee that we forgot we pay for. We started with the process lasr May 3rd and as you can see on the screenshots plus lots of visit to the store every since May we have the same answer "we will get back to you when we have mor3 information " That is so unacceptable.
