No wonder why they are closing now. We bought a sofa 5 years ago, didnt have an issue until 6 months ago. We went to the store and after speaking with the manager, he advised us to use the guarantee that we forgot we pay for. We started with the process lasr May 3rd and as you can see on the screenshots plus lots of visit to the store every since May we have the same answer "we will get back to you when we have mor3 information " That is so unacceptable. Went to Sandya for a Natuzzi sectional and was greeted warmly by Nemo. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all our questions diligently and did not pressure us at all during our time there. We ended up committing to a purchase a few days later with him. He gave us a great deal and was avaliable to answer all questions by text. Great experience alltogether.
Nemo was amazing. No pressure, loads of information, extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Will definitely be back to purchase further furniture from Nemo!
