Terrible service, terrible quality! The shipping the broken sofa to my place, warehouse said they will fix it. Now the sales person told me I have to fix by myself. Ridiculous. Even is a closing deal , don’t buy in there, they got money and the runaway
Bought a sofa years ago. Wish never had walked to this store. Very expensive for the same type sofa you can find anywhere for cheap. Rude customer service. Now I am stuck with an item for years that I can’t get rid of that easy.
Great closeout prices, but non-existent customer service. I spent an hour looking for a sectional and had questions about inventory on a few specific pieces, but no one approached me the entire time. I was only acknowledged as I was leaving the store. Very disappointing experience.
