I’m from Spokane Washington and was having to wait 10-12 weeks for a service on my Q’nique Longarm in my local area. I called and was able to schedule a drop off on my way to camping on the west side of the state. ED the technician (I believe was his name) was so helpful. He and the other technician (sorry didn’t catch his name) helped remove it out my truck with so much care. I had also scheduled to pick it up that Friday. Everything went smoothly. Immaculate staff very patient with lots of knowledge!
I recently purchased a long arm frame for my Bernina Q16. Having used it on a sit down table for the last few years I decided it would be easier on my shoulders to be able to finish some of the larger quilts I have saved. I am glad I did. I took a free long arm class they put on which help me take the step. I also learned that I will be able to quilt my smaller pieces on it also. Elizabeth was very helpful in helping me make this purchase. They also delivered it and put it together for free which was part of their promotion.... read more
