A couple of years ago, my teenage son purchased a weed eater from Sandy’s Chevron, and to this day, I still remember being blown away by the level of customer service he received. It was, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever seen at any business—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Good place for minor fixes ie: tires brakes oil change. I had a good first experience but the second involved an engine replacement and I was with out my vehicle for just a day shy of 2 months. The communication should have been much better than it was. I felt like I got the run around too much. Finally got my vehicle back and praying it's right. I will not be back for anymore service.
New owners are very unprofessional. Tried to resolve an issue and was disrespected and cursed at by Brandon Williams. Such a shame a good business is being ruined. Have since been treated aggressively by owner for posting honest review.
