I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience with Sandy's Bakery and Catering was extremely disappointing. We ordered a birthday cake that was supposed to be a simple chocolate cake. Instead, we received what appeared to be a tres leches-style cake that was soaked to the point that liquid literally came out when the cake was squeezed. The lady who work there ignored me and doesn’t have knowledge of ingredients in the food. Someone can be allergic if you don't know. She was talking to some other girl and she wasn't even looking like a customer. Giving looks all the time I ask questions. When I asked her for takeway, she was giving looks again.
Receptionist lady has full of attitude. She don't know customer service. We just only want to know the ingredients and she gave us looks.
