Whenever I've visited the staff have been lovely and helpful. The waiting area is big with vending machines, and the receptionists deal with everyone very calmly. Pretty standard medical wait times!
For obvious reasons
Been told I must keep my coil for 8 years instead of 5! Have had a horrible case of recurrent vaginosis since then and I know its to do with old coil. I went there lady was unsympathetic and told me to use an expensive and specific wash. Been trying for 6 months now to get an appointment online to get it removed and for tests but its simply impossible!! The system is so extremily appaling right now!! I used to be able to call and get an appointment the following week! This is such an important service for human health!!
