My cousin recently attended an appointment here for an IUD insertion and was treated in an appallingly unprofessional manner. The nurse was giggling with a colleague and talking about her as if she wasn’t present. During the procedure, she was handled aggressively, causing severe pain, she passed out, vomited on herself, and at no point was she comforted. Impossible to get an appointment. Been needing a repeat prescription since January and still not able to get one. All they say is go online but there aren’t any appointments in the whole oof Scotland according to their system. Needs a massive overhaul
