NO way of getting through to anyone, no one answers it's only an automated voice saying there closed but it's 12pm l
Impossible to get an appointment. Been needing a repeat prescription since January and still not able to get one. All they say is go online but there aren’t any appointments in the whole oof Scotland according to their system. Needs a massive overhaul
Goo Morning everyone I want to tell you I am so glad to get appointment for tomorrow at in morning time AM to PM for PrEP tablets.
Had a phone call consultant, for my appointment to be seen in the building itself. Jen was absolutely lovely, really warm and soft spoken. Made me feel at ease and no question went unanswered. Really appreciate my brief visit to Sandyford especially as I didn’t know what to expect
