All staff I've encountered are super lovely but terrible trying to get appointments due to the system. Really hope there's a system overhaul :( have had my period for over a month now still haven't been able to refresh at the right time for an appointment
My cousin recently attended an appointment here for an IUD insertion and was treated in an appallingly unprofessional manner. The nurse was giggling with a colleague and talking about her as if she wasn’t present. During the procedure, she was handled aggressively, causing severe pain, she passed out, vomited on herself, and at no point was she comforted. NO way of getting through to anyone, no one answers it's only an automated voice saying there closed but it's 12pm l
Impossible to get an appointment. Been needing a repeat prescription since January and still not able to get one. All they say is go online but there aren’t any appointments in the whole oof Scotland according to their system. Needs a massive overhaul
Had a phone call consultant, for my appointment to be seen in the building itself. Jen was absolutely lovely, really warm and soft spoken. Made me feel at ease and no question went unanswered. Really appreciate my brief visit to Sandyford especially as I didn’t know what to expect
