I have lived here as a renter 3 times and even moved out of state and when I returned I purchased my home. The attraction of this place is the wonderful ambiance of the neighborhood, the wonderful neighbors and the awesome staff! I love this place! Every home is clean, well taken care of and affordable! I resided at this property for over three years and consistently paid rent on time. When my family and I moved in, the carpets were heavily worn and stretched, and the unit was in poor condition overall. The floors, carpets, kitchen, and bathrooms were not cleaned prior to our move-in, requiring my wife, some family members, and me to spend an entire day cleaning before we could settle in. Lived here for 15 years, the only bad thing about living here rent does go up every year. But besides that it's peace and quiet out here and it's a good place to live.
