They destroy all their trees. No shade in the entire complex. Plus no trees is just plain ugly. Also, they say each trailer gets two street parking spots. But one of my neighbors has four cars and the other one has six considering it's three kids and their girlfriend's over all the time. They don't say anything about that but as soon as you leave your car in the yard for an hour there ready to hike up your rent with a fine. Lived here for 15 years, the only bad thing about living here is rent goes up every damn year they don't give you a break rents went up since December of 2014 and continues to go up every damn year. Besides that it's nice and quiet here. Just wish rent would not go up constantly every year. Give the people a break at least one or two years in a row
