My former wife contracted Mr. Fox, the bill was 68,215.00, she paid 53,649.39, she owed 12,336.71, as well as the retainer, she signed the agreement arbitration of fee dispute, Mr. Fox took her to court and plus interest and attorney fees, the bill grew to 37,314.00.Mr. Fox took all the money from his client's accounts, but I don't think it is correct that Mr. Fox also took the money from my kids' college due to the fact that because they are minors they share the account with their mother, I consider it illegal.
