My babies are new to the practice and it’s been nothing but a great experience so far. My babies were seen by Dr. Fellows and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit . I didn’t feel rushed, and she took her time to hear any concerns. Megan the nurse is so sweet and efficient. My baby is on a special formula that requires a prescription. His milk was running low , she accommodated me with Samples until I was able to retrieve him some more. I called her for a new prescription and she expedited getting it faxed to the Wic office . We have been seeing Dr. Jackson for over 5 years between our two boys. We love her. She is super thorough and she always takes our concerns seriously. She has great bedside manner and always remembers details about our boys. I can’t imagine seeing anyone else. The office as a whole is super pleasant and I also love the other providers when we have had to see them. Ashley, the MA, is so great with kids and so positive. 10/10 would def recommend.
