I have time today. I am SICK of the lack of professionalism that runs rampant throughout Atlanta and this place contributes to it. I called to make an appointment for my son who is a newborn. Before calling, I checked their website to confirm they are accepting his insurance. In the screenshot below it clearly says his insurance is accepted. seems like a nice place but the lady on the phone was super sarcastic with me and i just needed help.
I love this practice. My little one has seen Dr. Aldridge since he was a newborn and he is now 3. The office takes great care and concern for their patients. I have never had an issue scheduling an appointment, even when last minute and urgent. I love Dr. Aldridge's bedside manner, she is so kind with my little one.
We love Sandy Springs Pediatrics…we started seeing Dr. Aldridge when my daughter was an infant after moving from Texas. Since moving to Gwinnett county we have stayed with this doctor’s office because our experience has been so nice. All of the staff is so sweet, helping my daughter feel comfortable during every visit. Dr. Aldridge is so kind. Our visits are always peaceful which is saying a lot for a kid at the doctor hahaha
Dr Shore was very helpful and extremely friendly and personable.
