I will be closing my atlantic union account tomorrow! I was satisfied with Sandy Spring Bank. However, since the acquisition by atlantic union I have had two (2) problems in less than a week. First, when I used ATM's in the past I either used ATM's at Sandy Spring Banks, Royal Farm Stores, CVS, or other locations that were on the Allpoint network. I have been with Sandy Spring Bank for over 25 years and I would never dream of leaving them. Without question, banking with a small town bank where they know you and your history, is priceless. Recently I spoke with Tony at the Severna Park branch, and the customer service was nothing short of 100%. Banking with Sandy Spring Bank is banking exactly as it should be; friendly, professional and helpful.

I will gladly post the first review...The Senior Bank Associate Tammy is the most pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate employee there! She spent hours with me last week and assured me that she/they would do everything possible to resolve a mistake that was made. First and foremost, employees anywhere NEVER admit to mistakes, nonetheless a bank. For me it was not the mistake, it was Tammy's ability to apologize and resolve the issue.
