their website and mobile app are absolutely terrible. Its so hard to find anything and half the time there is no back button so you have to start all the way from the top of the options tree. Please, for the love of god, hire a UI developer! Also, every time I log in from a new device (or the cookies from the current device expire), I get inundated with calls, texts, emails, and voicemails telling me I logged in....just horrible. i am so furious at this bank, i paid off my home equity loan, last month they charged me 200$ interest on a paid off loan and today i received a 75$ interest charge on a zero balance. if they don’t fix this and refund these interest charges on a zero balance, i am going to contact the attorney general. Beware, their algorithms are fraudulent. The manager of the bank denied me a refund on an erroneous interest charge. Time to find a new bank.
I would leave negative stars if I could. They merged with the best bank I have ever dealt with and turned them into a total dumpster fire.
I people working at AUB in Severna Oark are not trained. I think they are hiring people off the street. I need to find a new bank. I was never treated poorly by Sandy Spring. Miss them!
