I people working at AUB in Severna Oark are not trained. I think they are hiring people off the street. I need to find a new bank. I was never treated poorly by Sandy Spring. Miss them!
Very concerned. The teller and bank manager were unable in 2 hours to roll over a cd. I’ve done this before but couldn’t be done this time. Your people lack training. Very concerned
