I had some fraudulent activity on my card on the 22nd of February. I called the bank right away to dispute the charges and get a new card. I talked to Emmanuel on the phone. He told me a new card will come in 7 business days. I asked if I could get it sooner and he said “we can do 3 business days, but that’ll be $32 for an expedited charge”. I agreed.
