Some of their customer service reps need a little training. One of them was so unprofessional. You can clearly hear how miserable her life is because that’s how she talks to people.
It has now been 7 business days and my request has still not been carried out AND no one has contacted me as to why. I would never ever recommend Sandy Spring Bank to anyone.
This location is cool and convenient right across the street of the metro and good to go for ATM needs.
