Online banking has been down since 7/13/24 and its now 7/17/24 and the bank won't tell me anything! I'm going to change banks if I can ever find out the total of my account. 🤬🤬🤬🤬 Very bad bank! Don't bank with Sandy Springs
It is almost impossible to get someone on the phone at your local branch to ask a simple question/clarification. Even worse is we have to keep on listening to their annoying recorded message bragging about their services, great CD rates and other. Only option at the end of the day is physically go to the branch.
