Why do I have to wait over 10+ minutes without anyone greeting me or attending the drive-thru and then being told to separate change from the deposit. You telling me that you guys hire people with zero to NO knowledge on how to count coins?

I love having had this bank for so long. I came in one day simply to ask about how would opening up a business account banking with them work. The employee was so enthusiastic & helpful, he even helped me step by step explaining how to open my own business that leads to me needing a separate business bank account with them. Another time I made a suggestion with telephone banking, they understood why I suggested vs brushing me off.
