The service was great
I was worried when our beloved local bank, Sandy Spring, was bought out by Atlantic Union Bank. But after expieriencing the terrible service at Bank Of America, I came right back home. And honestly, it's like I never left. Great customer service, bankers are always happy to see you and spend personal time getting your issues resolved. In an age where everything is impersonal and online, AUB stands above the rest as a people-first bank, with good rates and accountability. Proud to continue my patronage.
