Visited from San Antonio and this studio is so sweet and amazing. Took Renee’s Yin class and felt absolutely amazing afterward. Renee held space for myself, partner, and our daughter. We look forward to our next visit! Definitely recommend!
While staying in Rockport for a short time, I had the pleasure of discovering Sandy Soul Yoga Studio — and what a gem it is! Was visiting Rockport on vacay & had to stop when we drove by Sandy Soul! I’m a yoga teacher & love trying different studios. Was soooo happy to see a studio in RP. Love that it’s yellow, happy color. Walked in & was greeted by Renee. Such a beauty & such good energy. Came back for her Hatha class that day & loved it, just what I needed. New to Yoga. Rene is amazing. So helpful to a newbie like me. Really enjoyed her Restorative Yoga class. Even in her Hatha and Gentle Hatha classes, she accommodates beginners without criticism, and helps explain things in a way that is nonjudgmental. I recommend her highly.
