Rockport is so lucky to have Sandy Soul Yoga studio downtown! Renee leads the classes with such intention so that you have a great experience regardless of how much experience you have with yoga. There is a great variety of classes offered which I really love. I always leave class feeling wonderful. I highly recommend checking out Sandy Soul whether you’re just in town visiting or a local in the Rockport/Fulton area. You’ll be happy you did😊🧘♀️
Renee is true love. She is sweet and wants everyone to have a beautiful experience. I have known her and taken many classes and this year doing Iron Yoga. You will love it too!!
While on vacation for the weekend, I wanted to keep up with my yoga practice and found Chris’ Vinyasa Flow class!! It was exactly what I needed, spinal work blended into a traditional flow with a calming finish. Such a beautiful way to wrap up my trip! I definitely be back next time I visit Rockport!
Visited from San Antonio and this studio is so sweet and amazing. Took Renee’s Yin class and felt absolutely amazing afterward. Renee held space for myself, partner, and our daughter. We look forward to our next visit! Definitely recommend!
While staying in Rockport for a short time, I had the pleasure of discovering Sandy Soul Yoga Studio — and what a gem it is!
