Followed my doctor here from Goshen medical until he Left an switch to rebccea Cooper , which is a great doctor but the office staff is very less than great ! Been waiting for blood work appointment since November an called twice and lost in the cracks again not the first time! Now get a letter today saying they have to many patients so we need to find a new doctors. Maybe a great place for urgent Care but if you're looking for long term doctors stay away! This place is the best! We are new in town and went here when my son had an ear infection. We’ve been here about 3 times since moving and they are just the sweetest ever. The staff is wonderful
I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences at Sandy Shores Office! From the moment I walk in, the staff is warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. The office itself is clean, well-organized, and has a calming atmosphere that immediately puts me at ease. Extreme unprofessionalism at this business. There are so many urgent cares around I would urge you to choose another one. Worst place I have EVER been to.
We were down at Surf City for the weekend and ended up with a sick little boy. We were seen without appt on a a Saturday morning and were in and out in less than 2 hours even waiting our turn behind patients with appts! This was our first visit ever and our paperwork was minimal and staff was very efficient. All the staff were so polite and professional! Office was clean and comfortable. We will be using again if we are ever in need of urgent care on our weekends here!
