I found this agency online of course after sifting through different properties and I booked a house called "Mermaid Lodge" with them in January for a few days at the end of March. I was a little skeptical of them due to a lack of reviews so I called the Gulf County Tourist Development Council to validate the legitimacy of the company. Great vacation experience! - this was for 2020 & 2021 Have to edit this to say we stopped renting here due to lack of communication.

We rented a beach front home through Sandy Shoes. The house we rented apparently had issues with the sub floor and they “called us” but they called the wrong number. I’m glad we called to see why our final payment didn’t go through or we wouldn’t have known until we showed up and had no where to stay. I don’t recommend this company at all.

BEWARE - DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! We booked a house through Sandy Shoes in January for the week of July 4th, 2022. First, the communication from them is nonexistent. They will take your money, but not communicate any further than that. When we arrived at Shore Beats Workin’, the property was NOT as described. We also had multiple cleaning/maintenance issues and Sandy Shoes was not responsive. There were multiple others who had similar experiences with Sandy Shoes who contacted me through local Facebook groups.
