I’m writing to share a deeply concerning experience my family had with one of the assistants at this office. During a recent phone call, Samantha, the assistant was disrespectful, repeatedly talked over us, and even raised her voice while we were trying to clarify a confusing situation involving communication between the office and our insurance company. Dr. Serena took the time to listen to what my issues & questions were about my health, and thoughtfully discussed next steps. I really enjoyed my first visit with this very knowledgeable physician!
I've only been twice, but Dr. Serna answered my questions and explained things well. The office staff are very warm and helpful.
