Pretty upset that this dealership knew I wanted to trade in my vehicle and they didn’t tell me they were not interested in my trade before running credit applications. Make sure to verify with them first as now this put hard inquires on our credit when they were doing the opposite as what we had stated.

By far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company & that says a lot considering I run my own company. Where to start, I bought this truck 7 months ago from this dealership. Used yes. 40k miles. I’ve put maybe 25k on it. Truck broke down on the interstate last month, got it. Things happen. Fast forward to the first service visit. I purchased a 2015 Ram 3500 Big Horn from Sandy Sansing CDJR, and from day one, every button I touched triggered the message: “Phone Requires Service, Contact Dealership.” You literally can’t start the truck without seeing it. I’ve been dealing with this issue for three months. The service department charged me $227, failed to fix the problem, and then tried to gaslight me by claiming the technician never saw the message.
