Always very helpful always responds quickly to any messages either by phone or email.The office is in a great location and everyone pleasant to work with.
Far and away the best experience I've ever had with an insurance agent. The rates she was able to get me compared to my former insurance agent (that I was loyal to for over 15 years) was staggering. She truly went above and beyond. If you're currently getting ripped off by your insurance agent, you need give her a chance to try and get you a lower rate, she'll do anything she can to help you, and is fantastic with customer service. Highly recommend.
Sandy was able to solve a problem with getting our home insurance that no one else could (because of the fire risk of living in Emigration Canyon). She also managed to roll in some earthquake protection, something even other State Farm agents told us was impossible! Service was fast, accurate, and comprehensive!
Sandy and her team are the BEST!! They helped me save thousands of dollars (literally). My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. She made the whole process of switching over so easy and stress free. She helped me look at my old policy from my previous company and could see where I was lacking. I would 10/10 recommend using her.
