I recently stayed at the Sandy Point Beach house and absolutely loved my time there. The house was equipped with a range of amenities which made our stay comfortable. In particular, the kitchen contained everything we needed to ensure cooking was convenient and easy. The location was both beautiful convenient with cafes, restaurants, bars and grocery stores at your fingertips through Nelson bay being a 5 minute drive or beautiful 15 minute walk along the beach path. Sandy Point Beach House is truly the perfect spot for a weekend away! The house itself is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need - made for an extremely relaxing weekend enjoying the amazing view and time with friends. The location was perfect, close by to great restaurants and scenic walks. I had an amazing time at Sandy Point Beach House and will definitely be back!!

The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. 10/10 perfect stay !! We had the most cosy and comfortable winter getaway at the Sandy Point Beach House. There were plenty of activities to do around Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay, however we adored spending time in the house looking out towards the water. The house is equipped with everything you need to entertain guests or chill out with friends or family. I can’t wait to go back!
The most beautiful home right on the water and only a short scenic walk from town. Perfect for any occasion whether it’s family or friends.
