I’ve been working with Daniel for over five years, and he has been essential for my health and fitness goals. He keeps me focused on what my physical and nutritional needs are, and he is efficient during training time to make sure that I get the most out of my workout. He is also very accessible via text If you have any questions or need feedback during the week. He really is a great guy, And I highly recommend him If you are looking for big improvements in your personal training!

I am a 70+ senior doing yoga, aerobics, Pilates and some weights, but found I had reached a plateau in improvement.i wanted to do something about this and started seeing Daniel. I was not aware of many of these issues. He designed a workout program at home and saw me weekly to assess my progress or lack of it and would change the prog... read more

As a 35 year old, exercise adverse mom, I was nervous to try personal training. I didn’t want someone bullying me or pushing unsafe regimens on me for aesthetic reasons under the guise of “health.” Working with Daniel is such a relief. He is a true genius, with an encyclopedic knowledge of the human body, who genuinely only cares about your well being, physically and mentally. And for those of us who might have listened to too much true crime at one point—I’ve been working with Daniel for months now, I’d leave my kids with h... read more

“I didn’t like feeling helpless in my body. Over the years I feel like I had become complacent with my body and self discipline. My physical health was deteriorating and it was painful to be in my body. My joints hurts, my feet hurt. And it was completely disrupting my goal to acquiring mental peace. My mind couldn’t relax because I couldn’t feel good in my body. It was taking a tole on me. I new I needed change. But it’s a million times harder to unlearn bad habits like complacency and laziness (cigarettes, eating endless a... read more

Daniel is literally a walking dictionary when it comes to exercise and physical fitness. He has been extremely eye opening when it comes to debunking the myths and getting to the real science of it all. If you want to progress leaps and bounds, he's the guy for you. He's nice, informative, spends the time he needs, and is excited to teach.
