Everyone is friendly & GREAT with my fur baby. She’s been seeing them since she was a baby when they had there other location down the road.
Long story short, this place failed to get us the needed prescription for our cat's tapeworm. I never write reviews, especially bad ones, but I was very disappointed with this vet. My husband and I discovered our cat had tapeworms on Monday. She would've had them before we had adopted her, since she has no fleas, and that is how cats contract tapeworms. I had an emergency with my guinea pig this past week and was not an established client with this animal hospital. However, I called all over Orange Park and this was the only hospital that was available for urgent visits besides the pet ER (which I knew was VERY expensive and my last resort). I thought the vet tech that helped me and the receptionist on the phone were really helpful and compassionate, but the veterinarian who did the procedure was rude and abrupt.
