Sandy Nguy is a wonderful Doctor. My entire family sees her and we have had nothing but professional and caring experiences. Highly recommend her.
I am very disappointed with my experience at this office. I was not given portal information initially. I had lab work in which I waited several days for a response until I decided to call. I felt this was very impersonal as I was at least expecting a call from the nurse, i.e. , someone, etc. to contact me with lab results. Once I called, I was told to log into a portal of which I had no access to. What ever happened to the personal touch. Doctors now are so impersonal and only after a paycheck.
