These posts are a little old. She has new staff and they are excellent. Laura goes above and beyond to help you. Highly recommend

The other reviewers are correct. Sandy is an absentee owner. Spoke with her 1x in the 6 years I was a client. Staff doesn't follow up when you need them. Email responses take days. No sense that they want to actually help customers but instead just do the minimum to keep the business. I've called the office dozens of times over the years and they never answer the phone. These are all signs of someone who doesn't really want to serve customers well. Without any value added from her as an agent, I'd recommend going with a diff... read more
