D. Lee has been great as my primary doctor. She takes the time to listen and provides excellent care. Her staff has been wonderful to work with as well. They return calls promptly and are very helpful whenever I call in.
Extremely poor care. I was originally there for a PCP physical but ended up coming in with a horrific head cold/fever combo. Dr. Lee did not take my temperature and I was not tested for COVID/flu/RSV. I was told instead to take something over the counter. I felt like I was a bother to her and that she was dismissive, as I was the last patient of the day. I will be finding a new PCP immediately.
I had an appointment scheduled for months to see her in December. 2 days ago they call and say she is no longer available that day and that I need to reschedule the appointment. I called to schedule it and she had no openings until April. At that point I would be waiting almost 10 months to see her. If you are going to cancel a day of appointments that were scheduled then they should find time to fit those patients in sooner. People need care and they need to be seen. Refusing to prescribe needed medication for high blood pressure and asthma is a medical malpractice suit waiting to happen. Tread lightly “Dr.”
She needs to go to the temp service and get a whole new crew in her office !! The secretaries are horrible. They’re rude., people just don’t go to the emergency room. They have a doctor when you have a problem you go to the doctor. but when you’re out on leave, you should have somebody to fill-in, not for months down the line. Just horrible
