Sandy Lake CrossFit is amazing! I am a current Division 1 track and field athlete at Stanford University, and I have been coming to CrossFit for 3 months while I’ve been home on summer break. It’s very important for athletes in all sports to improve explosiveness, strength, speed, and endurance. Sandy Lake CrossFit is the place to do that! I would recommend CrossFit for athletes of all levels because there are plenty of scaling options to fit the workout to your ability level!
Great time and facility - we did a drop in and they were super welcoming and friendly. Would definitely go back.
