A wonderful doctor's office with knowledgeable and friendly staff, prompt responses to phone calls, and short wait times in the waiting area and the exam room!
The primary provider at this facility made me feel like the focal point of her frustration. I felt disregarded and disrespected. Ideally, I prefer not to begin my day with an unprofessional encounter from a healthcare professional. My appointment was scheduled for 9am. My mother is 69 years old and hasn’t been to the doctor in over a year because rhis location and the one in Sheakleyville keep cancelling her appointments. Why did I choose to make this review today? Because she had an appointment at 2:30pm today and she just got off the phone being told it was cancelled because dr Gosnell “isn’t in” and they “don’t know when she’ll be back”. My son was schedule for immunizations for high school 3 months ago. This was the soonest he could get in. Since he is 17, I happened to call the office while he was on his way from school to the appointment. Just to make sure they didn’t need to talk to me first. The girl said he hasn’t been seen since 2018 so he is considered a new patient. Which then means my husband or myself would need to be with him. We both work FT.
