Sandy is very thorough and knowledgeable. I learned so much about foods that were disruptive to my stomach and digestive system. I appreciate her advice on which foods to avoid for awhile and how to reintroduce them slowly to gauge any improvement. I highly recommend her and am very grateful for her help.

Diabetic with a limited resources and access to healthier foods
I've lost a significant amount of weight over the past few months, (40 to 50 pounds), as a result of a Tumor pressing on my throat, and with the difficulty with swallowing various textures of food products.
